策杖登高心曠遠，泛舟垂釣氣神清。
根紮傳統抒新意﹐欣值花甲又一生。
冬去春來﹐轉眼旅居美國明尼蘇達州已近卅載。
回首行程感慨萬千。值此六十生辰，以傳統筆墨寫巒壑清居圖並題詩。

This painting, as the title indicated, depicts the scenery in the early spring.
The brief and rather hard strokes emphasize the early spring atmosphere in which everything seems just in the waking state, shows a momentum of “moving”.
The pale bluish color reflects that the snow has not totally melted and the spring wind is still a bit cold.
度过漫长的冬天，終於盼到了姗姗来遲的春天的脚步。積雪消融，萬物甦醒。
舟行春早啚用简潔堅硬的筆觸，描繪了春風料峭，萬物萌動之勢。
用色清淡冷谧，表現出積雪尚未盡融之景。
