Chinese artists are interested in creating works of art as a series. Typical Chinese painting series include the \u201cFour Season series,\u201d \u201cFour Gentlemen series,\u201d etc.\u00a0 Artists usually create series with paintings of the same size and same theme. While series can either have a similar painting style or a completely opposing style, the most important element of a series is harmony.
